Paul has worked on more than hundreds commercial, residential, and public sector projects of various scales and complexity ranging from luxury housing, boutique hotels, high-end apartments, offices, well-known retirement village, healthcare centres, etc.He is also highly experienced in subdivision and land development project feasibility, design, and execution throughout New Zealand.
His natural and strong communication skills, paired with his effective team management experience, make him a fundamental and treasured team member. His extensive industry knowledge and experience in the design and construction process is second-to-none, and his expert skills in development strategy and project management make him an invaluable source of information and inspiration on any architectural project.

Planner
David is a planner with a considerable range and depth of planning experience gained over more than 40 years, in positions held in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. He has spent considerable periods of time as a policy planner and also in physical planning and urban design. In recent years he has focussed on statutory planning.

Upon completing his Architecture degree Jin gained valuable experience in the fields of architecture and interior design before coming to HC design.
Jin brings great technical skills and, as he says, is always keen to learn more. Jin’s working style reflects his personality; team first, always up for a new challenge, and very easy going with it.
